Hi, For a nice stay in Bergamo I propose a peaceful 54 m2 two rooms ground floor apartment with private garden inside an historic courtyard 10/15 min. by foot far from the University and the city centre. The apartment is situated in Borgo Palazzo (an historic, central and commercial district) in a calm positon surrounded by green and composed as follows: Entry through the private garden with fig and khaki trees. The kitchen and living room are 22m2 with French door opening on the garden; the kitchen is complete of refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave and gas stove. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa bed, lunch table and chairs. The bedroom is around 16 m2 with the garden view. The room consists of a king size bed 160x200 cm (memory form), of a desk and a large dressing. The bathroom is 4 m2 with big shower and window opening on the back garden. Storage and laundry room are 4,8 m2, with a washing machine. The private garden is around 50 m2 with an outside table and chairs. Bike parking inside the common courtyard is also available. The monthly rental for the two rooms apartment is 800 euros. The costs for water, light and gas consumpton must be paid apart.
