This monthly rental apartment in Poblenou offers a spacious and bright day area. The living-dining room is furnished with a sofa, TV and a table for five, and opens onto a balcony with street views through large windows, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee outdoors.
The kitchen is independent with double access, both from the hallway and the living room. It is equipped with essential appliances —oven, fridge and utensils— and also has a table with four chairs, ideal for casual meals.
The night area consists of three exterior and bright bedrooms. The main one is an en-suite double with built-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are also doubles with built-in wardrobes and share a complete bathroom with shower. The apartment also includes an independent laundry area, heating, air conditioning, high-speed wifi, and a parking space included in the price.
Regarding the location, it is just 2 minutes from Fluvià tram station and 7 minutes from Poblenou and Selva de Mar metro stations (L4). The area offers an excellent quality of life: nearby are Parc del Centre del Poblenou and Parc de Diagonal Mar, ideal for walking or outdoor sports. LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
