This monthly rental apartment combines spaciousness, contemporary design and a privileged location. The day area features a large living-dining room with sofas, television and wide windows that flood the space with natural light thanks to its south and west orientation. The kitchen is located in a separate space, directly connected to the dining area, open and practical, and comes fully equipped with all appliances and utensils.
The night area offers three en-suite bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobes and a private bathroom. The rooms stand out for their spaciousness and brightness, with the master suite including a bathroom with double sink and large wardrobes.
The apartment also features a patio fitted with a small sofa and a desk, perfect as a work corner or a cozy reading space.
It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and high-speed wifi, ensuring maximum comfort for any type of stay.
The surroundings are among the most emblematic in the city, with attractions such as Casa Batlló, La Pedrera – Casa Milà, and Rambla de Catalunya, as well as international boutiques, restaurants and historic cafés that define the character of Passeig de Gràcia.
In terms of public transport, Passeig de Gràcia station (L2, L3, L4) is only a 3-minute walk away, and Diagonal station (L3, L5) is around 8 minutes on foot, providing excellent connections with the rest of the city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
