Excellent communication by bus and tram with all parts of Wroclaw. 5 minutes walk away from large shops (Kauflland, Lidl, Auchan, Biedronka). 10 minutes by bus to Wroclaw Medical University, University of Economics. 15 minutes to University of Technology and University of Wroclaw. Public bike rental station on the same street. A large shopping center, gym and water park in the area.
