We are renting out a room in a beautiful shared apartment in Arbeitergasse, 1050 Wien.

The flat is well connected by public transport. Bus and subway are easily reachable.

There are supermarket, pharmacies and restaurants nearby in Reinprechtsdorferstraße.

In total there are 2 bedrooms.

All rooms are furnished and the flat is fully equipped (washingmachine, WIFI, kitchen).

The room cost is EUR 380,-.

I need to ask for a 2 month deposit, which you will get back in the end if everything is fine.

No pets. No Smoking

Please note:
Moving out of this room is only possible at the end of the months of August, September or February.
The rental contract will be limited to three years, but a cancellation for your desired booking period will have to be signed together with the contract during the booking process. If you wish to move out earlier a two-months cancellation period applies and the move-out months need to be considered.

To complete the rental agreement, payment of the deposit is required. The deposit must be paid within 5 days after the booking is completed. Afterwards, you will receive the rental contract! The deposit payment will be made through HousingAnywhere's secure payment system.

- Check in on the Move-in day: after 2:00 pm
- Move-out day: check-out until 10:00 am
