Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 groß, sehr hell und möbliert. Es liegt in einer großzügigen 93 m2 Altbauwohnung im 3. Stock (ohne Lift). Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Gaußplatz im 20. Bezirk, mit idealer Anbindung zur WU, Hauptuni, Donau und Innenstadt. U4/U6, Bus sowie mehrere Straßenbahnlinien sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und alles, was man im Alltag braucht, befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. In unserer WG legen wir großen Wert auf ein freundliches und entspanntes Miteinander. Wir verstehen uns gut, unternehmen auch mal was gemeinsam. Wir suchen jemand, der/die locker ist, auch gerne mal was unternimmt und respektvoll ist.

The flat is located directly at Gaußplatz in the 20th district, with ideal connections to WU, University of Vienna, the Danube, and the city center. U4, U6, buses and several tram lines are all within walking distance. Supermarkets, cafés, and everything you need for daily life are just around the corner.
