Bed: French double bed (140x200 cm) equipped with wooden slats and a new 24 cm tall ergonomic 5-zone mattress, designed to ensure a comfortable rest. Features spacious under-bed storage that acts as a second wardrobe. Two pillows are included, with fresh mattress and pillow protectors ready for your arrival.

Bedside Table: Bedside table equipped with a reading lamp.

Wardrobe: Large and tall wardrobe (hidden) cm for keeping all your clothes organized.

Desk: XL desk 140x65 cm for all your working/studying activities with an adjustable lamp + chair.

The room has direct access to the common balcony with a panoramic view for your relaxing moments.

Flat Rate for Utilities: Euro 100,00/month covers electricity, water, gas, heating, ultra-fast Fiber Wi-Fi and one monthly professional cleaning service for the apartment (common areas). TOTAL COST: Euro 700/month (Euro 600 for rent+ Euro 100 for flat utilities)

Ask us what you need: extra services are available upon request (e.g., linen/towel kits or bike rentals).

3) RESPECT: We all love socializing and Verona really offers plenty of spaces where having fun; however, our home is where we recharge and should be a quiet place. To respect everyone’s activity, relaxation, sleep, study, or hospital shifts, we don't allow house parties/disturbing activities.

We are looking for students and young professionals (exchange students, medical residents, interns, ...) who need temporary housing in Verona and appreciate a quiet, friendly and international vibe. The apartment is in a prime location, exceptionally convenient for the University and the Policlinico Borgo Roma Hospital.
