Room: The main feature of our single rooms is the French bed. The latter, slightly smaller than a double bed, is designed to provide maximum comfort. In addition, all our single rooms have a small terrace and all the other comforts of the larger rooms.
The light coming in from the window creates a bright environment, the choice of interior furnishings was essential to enhance the original marble flooring and give a touch of class to a unique apartment.

Located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, the apartment consists in fact of 3 spacious single bedrooms, all with access to the balconies of the house; an eat-in kitchen complete with the main appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), direct access to the balcony, table with 4 chairs and a closet perfect as a pantry, a windowed bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washer-dryer, garage (upon request for €50/month) and sheltered bike space.
