La caratteristica principale delle nostre camere singole è il letto alla francese. Quest'ultimo, leggermente più piccolo di un letto matrimoniale è pensato per fornire il massimo del comfort. Inoltre tutte le nostre stanze singole dispongono del terrazzino e di tutte le altre comodità delle camere più ampie.
La luce che entra dalla finestra crea un ambiente luminoso, la scelta degli arredi d’interni è stata fondamentale per esaltare l'originale pavimentazione di marmo e donare un tocco di classe ad un appartamento unico.

Sito al 4° piano di una palazzina con ascensore, l’appartamento si compone infatti di 3 spaziose camere singole, tutte con accesso ai balconi della casa; una cucina abitabile completa dei principali elettrodomestici (forno, frigo, freezer, lavastoviglie, piano cottura ad induzione), accesso diretto al balcone, tavolo con 4 sedie ed un ripostiglio perfetto come dispensa, bagno finestrato completo di doccia, sanitari e lavasciuga, garage (su richiesta a 50€/mese) e posto bici riparato.
Le scelte di design per l’arredo d’interni rendono migliore la qualità della vita, per questo si è deciso di prestare particolare cura agli arredi selezionati e di ottima qualità ed agli infissi nuovi; l’intento è quello di creare un ambiente raffinato con un elevato comfort abitativo.

The main feature of our single rooms is the French bed. The latter, slightly smaller than a double bed, is designed to provide maximum comfort. In addition, all our single rooms have a small terrace and all the other comforts of the larger rooms.
The light coming in from the window creates a bright environment, the choice of interior furnishings was essential to enhance the original marble flooring and give a touch of class to a unique apartment.

Located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift, the apartment consists in fact of 3 spacious single bedrooms, all with access to the balconies of the house; an eat-in kitchen complete with the main appliances (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction hob), direct access to the balcony, table with 4 chairs and a closet perfect as a pantry, a windowed bathroom complete with shower, toilet and washer-dryer, garage (upon request for €50/month) and sheltered bike space.
Interior design choices are crucial for improving the quality of life, which is why it was decided to pay particular attention to selected, high-quality furnishings and new fixtures; the intent is to create a refined environment with high living comfort.
