⚡ Electricity Cost
Electricity is included up to €120/month.
Any excess electricity consumption will be shared equally among all tenants, regardless of each tenant's individual usage or whether they occupy the apartment on a full-time or occasional basis. Any additional charges will be invoiced and paid the following month.

✅ ADMINISTRATION FEE
A one-time administration fee of €200 is required for contract registration and administrative procedures, as required by Italian law.
An Italian Codice Fiscale is mandatory before check-in.

✅ SECURITY DEPOSIT
Total deposit: €750 payable through HousingAnywhere after booking.
➡️€550 will be refunded after check-out, following the inspection of the room, private bathroom and common areas.
➡️€200 will be retained until the condominium issues the final heating consumption statement and all utility bills have been received.
Heating is centrally managed through individual thermostatic valves. The condominium calculates each tenant's actual heating consumption only once a year (normally during the summer following the heating season).
For this reason, the €200 balance will be refunded once the final heating adjustment and any outstanding utility charges have been verified.

The security deposit cannot be used as the last month's rent.

📍 LOCATION
The apartment is located in Via Cecchi 5, in a quiet residential street in the Aurora district. Over the years, many female students have lived here without experiencing any safety issues.
Aurora is one of Turin's most multicultural neighbourhoods, rich in diversity, colours and different cultures. If diversity isn't your thing, this may not be the right neighbourhood for you. 😊
Just a few minutes away is Porta Palazzo, home to Europe's largest open-air market, where local farmers and producers sell fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and other products every day. The market is full of life, colours and authentic Italian atmosphere, and many of our tenants enjoy shopping there for fresh groceries.
Every Saturday, the famous Balon antique and vintage market takes place, while the Quadrilatero Romano, one of Turin's most popular nightlife areas, is only a 10-minute walk away. Piazza Castello, the historic city centre, is just a few minutes further.
The neighbourhood has a strong identity and may surprise those who are not familiar with such cultural diversity. However, it is not considered a dangerous area. If it were, so many university students—especially young women—would not choose to live here year after year.

Your contact has a fixed-term contract.
Early termination is accepted only:
with at least 3 months' written notice, and
for serious documented reasons (for example, health issues).
The following are not considered valid reasons:
returning to your home country, personal travel,
transportation or commuting difficulties,
dissatisfaction with the apartment or neighbourhood, incompatibility with other tenants, noise or building works,
expectations differing from the listing description.
Unless The Tenant provides a suitable replacement accepted by the Landlord is obliged to continue paying the rent until the end of the contractual period.

In addition , the Tenant shall also reimburse the Landlord for the non-refundable HousingAnywhere platform fees already paid by the Landlord in relation to the original booking period.
The reimbursement shall be limited to the actual amount incurred by the Landlord, calculated on a pro-rata basis according to the unused portion of the booking. A copy of the relevant HousingAnywhere invoice and the applicable percentage calculation will be provided upon request.
This reimbursement is separate from any other amounts due under the tenancy agreement, including unpaid rent, utilities, damages or other contractual obligations.
