Good morning! Fantastic bright suite close to the Polytechnic, in a quiet and well-served area. The room is very large equipped with tv, spacious wardrobe and desk.
The flat is composed by a large equipped kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms and other 5 bedrooms. The flat is shared only with international or Italian students. The flat is on the ground floor and you also have a small garden!

The monthly rent included all utilities : electricity, gas, heating, high-speed internet, trash waste, service charges. cleaning of common part once a month.

Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
