Located on the first floor, very spacious. 110 m2 of surface area. It consists of a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 5 single rooms. The apartment is excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, equipped kitchen.

The area is very central and the context is particularly lively, pleasant and much appreciated by students. Well served area, close to all the main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, metro, pharmacy, hospital. A few steps from the University of Architecture, Medicine and Pharmacy.

1 Stays shorter than 12 months
We only consider Erasmus stays ending in July. ⛔️ 6-month stays or other short stays are not accepted.
👉 Please don’t send requests that don’t match this condition.

2 July & August must be paid upfront 💳
For all 12-month bookings, July and August are mandatory and must be paid in advance.
