I am currently setting up my apartment as a shared living arrangement (WG).

The room on offer is spacious and features modern, high-quality, and tasteful furnishings.
It includes a large, furnished balcony for exclusive use—perfect for enjoying the evening sun.
Naturally, the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are available for shared use.
The room is located in an apartment building and is intended for single occupancy.

A lockable parking space is available upon request for a small fee.

The apartment is located right next to the Garstedt subway station (U1) and a great shopping center (Herold Center). Its proximity to the airport and companies like TESA, NORDEX, and CASIO makes the room particularly attractive for employees or working students.

The second room is occupied by a friendly working student.

Garstedt subway station (U1 line) and shopping mall: 10-minute walk / 3-minute bike ride

Ochsenzoll subway station (U1 line): 10-minute walk / 5-minute bike ride

TESA: 10-minute bike ride / 5-minute drive; the bus to TESA stops right outside the front door

NORDEX: 5-minute bike ride / 15-minute walk
CASIO: Approx. 10-minute walk

Airport: 10-minute drive

Hamburg city center: Approx. 30 minutes by subway

The goal is to create a relaxed, respectful living environment. Everyone does their own thing, and shared activities depend on mutual rapport.
This is not intended to be a "party house."
