- the 3rd room is occupied by a male work professional who only lives occasionally.

- Tram 7, 5min by foot, to Erasmus University
- Central station approx. 10min by bike
- Metro oostplein approx.5min by foot

Please note these rules before you book:
- It's one of 3 private rooms in a flat but NOT a studio
- Not possible for viewing before booking and when it’s still occupied.
- After booking the draft contract will be offered, within 24hours landlord will have video interview with tenant.
- Deposit: to be paid to landlord's bank account by signing contract
- You can register at city hall if rent for a whole year.

Financial overview:
- excl. utility (200€ for gas electric internet and water)
- One-time admin check in/out costs : €600, non-refundable
- cleaning 180€ by checking out
- Security deposit: approx 2 months' rent
