You’d be sharing with two quiet, considerate professionals. A proper kitchen you can really cook in, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, washer and dryer, fast WiFi, elevator. We keep it clean and easy-going.

Maashaven Nz - waterfront Rotterdam Central-South. Well connected, without the noise of the very centre.

We’re looking after a peaceful home, so please read these before applying:
• Female tenants only, please - we only reply to women
• No couples
• No smoking or drugs in the apartment or building
• No pets
• Extra guests (day or overnight) only if we’ve agreed first
• Quiet hours 23:00–07:00, with a lighter use of shared spaces so everyone can rest
• Please leave shared areas as you’d like to find them
