L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori.
Per il II semestre il periodo MINIMO di locazione è dal 1° Marzo al 31 Luglio; se disponibile è possibile aggiungere gennaio e febbraio oltre che agosto
- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.
Piazza Re di Roma, a 20 metri dall'ingresso della Metro A, posizione strategica e ricercata, a 40 minuti dall'Università Tor Vergata, a 30 minuti dall'Università LUMSA. Si affitta una bellissima Suite Singola Stanza Semplice ristrutturata appositamente per offrire comfort e comodità ai nostri studenti. E' la stanza più grande dell'appartamento ed è dotata di un letto ad una piazza e mezza, armadio a 3 ante, scrivania XL con portaoggetti, ampia libreria, specchio, scarpiera e divano a 2 posti.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

Located on the third and penultimate floor, very bright and spacious. Overlooking Via Cerveteri and side view of Piazza Re di Roma. It consists of a spacious eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with tub, 2 single suites with a queen-size bed and a single room with a queen-size bed. The apartment has been excellently renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI (Fibre), washing machine, kitchen also equipped with all accessories.

For the second semester the MINIMUM rental period is from March 1st to July 31st; if available, it is possible to add january and february and August
- Tenants: The house is composed of students or young workers 20-28 years old. There is a tendency to maintain an equal split between male and female tenants.
Piazza Re di Roma, 20 meters from the Metro A entrance, strategic and sought-after location, 40 minutes from Tor Vergata University, 30 minutes from LUMSA University. We rent a beautiful Simple Single Room Suite specially renovated to offer comfort and convenience to our students. It is the largest room in the apartment and is equipped with a queen-size bed, 3-door wardrobe, XL desk with storage, large bookcase, mirror, shoe rack and 2-seater sofa.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help in studying.
