La stanza di 18 metri quadri è dotata di un letto ad una piazza e mezza (140x200), armadio a 2 ante, cassettiera, scrivania XL con portaoggetti, ampia libreria, specchio, scarpiera, divano a 2 posti e Smart TV.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

L'appartamento
Situato al primo piano con affaccio su Via In Selci e sulla chiostrina interna, è composto da un ingresso, una cucina, un bagno con doccia, 2 suite singole con letto da una piazza e mezza ed una stanza singola con letto da una piazza. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di Wi-Fi (Fibra), lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata anche di tutti gli accessori base.

Contratto minimo gennaio-luglio (è possibile entrare a dicembre pagando la mensilità del mese di dicembre)

We rent a beautiful Stanza Semplice Suite renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students.
It's a 18 square meters room and is equipped with a queen-size bed (140x200), 2-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, XL desk with storage, large bookcase, mirror, shoe rack, 2-seater sofa and Smart TV.
The colors of the walls promote a good mood and help you study.

The apartment
Located on the first floor overlooking Via In Selci and the internal cloister, it is composed of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 single suites with a queen-size bed and a single room with a queen-size bed.
The apartment is renovated according to everything our students need. Equipped with Wi-Fi (Fibre), washing machine, kitchen furnished with all basic accessories.

January-July minimum contract (it is possible to enter in December by paying rent for December)

ANNUALE: dal 1° settembre al 31 agosto.
Per periodi più brevi si applica il seguente supplemento:

- 50€ per 11 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 31 luglio
- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st.
For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

- 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
