🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS

A rental contract must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).

For the rental contract it is necessary to provide a copy of an ID document and fiscal number (if applicable).

During the booking process it is mandatory to indicate who will rent the accommodation and do the check-in.

All payments (deposit & admin fee) must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.

The security deposit will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received.

The security deposit cannot be used as payment for the last month’s rent.

Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good condition.

House rules:

Parties are not allowed.

Loud noise is not allowed after 22:00.

Smoking inside the property is not allowed.

Pets or animals are not allowed.

Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days; extensions require prior authorisation.
