The house is located in district 104, short walking distance to bus stop. Frequent bus to the center, takes 15min to reach HÍ and HR.
The area is called Laugardalur or Hot Spring-Valley and is very nice and calm with a lot of trees and birds. The largest Iceland ́s thermal swimming pool, botanical garden and domestic animal zoo are in a few minutes walk. Three gyms in the neighborhood and good jogging paths around and along the ocean shore.
A little mall Glæsibær is in 3 min walk away from the house. There located a few restaurants, bakery, sportsbar, pharmacy and 24h supermarket. Shopping point Holtagarðar is 15 min away, there also car rental, mini golf and Bonus supermarket are located.
