ROOM:
Double bright room in Benicalap neighborhood. It's a very good option if you are student or young worker and want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It's a totally equiped and furnished bedroom:

APARTMENT:
The apartment sizes 90m2 and it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Common areas are beautiful, with a living room and a big kitchen. The kitchen is also equipped with:
- Ceramic hob
- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Washing machine
- Tableware

All expenses are included (electricity, water, internet). We cover electricity bill up to 25€ per person and month. It means if there is a month that the bill comes higher than our coverage, the tenant must pay the difference. In this case, the expenses are shared equal parts between the tenants.

CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.

BED LINEN:
For an hygienic reason, we don't provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel.
