The apartment is conveniently located near Piraeus port, just 4-5 minutes away by bus to the new metro stop Dimotiko Theatro or Piraeus. Public transportation is easily accessible with the bus stop for lines 843, 859, 040, and 049 just a 2-minute walk away. You'll also find plenty of amenities such as shops, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within a stone's throw.

BEDROOMS & AMENITIES:
Each bedroom is approximately 25 square meters and comes with air conditioning, an electric heater, and . The bedrooms also come with their own locks for added privacy. The private bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a study desk with a lamp, a closet, a mirror.
We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc.

SHARED SPACES:
In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small living room , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a bathroom with a washing machine (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self.

MONTHLY RENT & BILLS:
There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling

CHECK IN
Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00

DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected.
Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
