Welcome to laresidence We specialize in creating safe affordable accommodation for foreign students in Paris since 2003. Our Students are enrolled in all major Universities and colleges in Paris. The houses are situated in a gated residence with a large garden in a safe neighborhood. All rooms are fully furnished and bed sheets are supplied wifi is a priority in all rooms. Kitchen and showers are all communal. There are 6 showers and 6 toilets and 2 kitchens with a large tv room for study and socializing. Laundry machines are provided. Students can be found in the garden at night times playing table tennis or chess or just chatting. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to Friday to clean all communal areas. Each resident is given their own cupboard space and fridge space. The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. Train station RER C is 4 mins walk and central Paris 20mins. Each semester we invite you to come and join our family of international students. Lease is renewable for good tenants!
