The apartment is located just outside the historic center of Padua, in a quiet residential neighborhood. The area is equipped with all services: within 5 minutes from home, there is the Interspar with ample parking, a renowned pastry shop, several bars, the post office, and a bank, all just a few minutes away.

The area is also very convenient for public transport: the tram stop is right outside the house, and the U24 line to the station passes just a few minutes away.

The apartment consists of 3 spacious rooms, one of which has a private bathroom, 1 shared bathroom with a shower, and a functional shared kitchen.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
