Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due.. In any case, 3 months before the check-out date, the regular cancellation must be communicated in order to terminate the contract on the established date; if no such communication is made, the contract will remain active.
