Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. If you wish to leave before the check-out date selected at the time of booking, you may exercise the option of early departure by paying 1.5 month's rent. In the event that you wish to have a tenant take over (whether the owner or the current tenant finds him/her), you may leave the flat by paying a service charge of €200. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due.. In any case, 3 months before the check-out date, the regular cancellation must be communicated in order to terminate the contract on the established date; if no such communication is made, the contract will remain active.
