The apartment is located at the beginning of Via Buonarroti, No. 109, on the fourth floor, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It is part of an apartment complex and features a large, fully equipped shared kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing meals with roommates, and 5 spacious single rooms, including one double room, all very bright and furnished in a functional and comfortable way. There is also a welcoming and well-organized shared living area, perfect for spending time with friends and roommates, studying, or simply relaxing together after a busy day. The common spaces are designed to create a pleasant and convivial environment. Additionally, the neighborhood offers a variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, and other useful services, making everyday life extremely convenient.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:

✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration

⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
