Our rooms come fully furnished with an en suite bathroom. You can choose a bedroom with a single or double bed. The bed has many drawers, and of course you will find a wardrobe (even two for the rooms with a double bed). All the rooms are equipped with a premium mattress, bedside table (incl. lamp), a smart work station and a hair dryer. Please note: Bedsheets are not provided, allowing you to personalize your space the way you like it!
Its a 154 sqm triplex apartment with a rooftop. You will find a community kitchen and three huge living areas in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a combiners oven and a coffee corner. The main living room has a dining / working table as well as a sofa area incl. smart tv. The two other living rooms are on the third floor with direct access to the rooftop (exclusive for our co-livers). Next to it theres a cinema area with a projector for long movie nights.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room (no bedroom sharing).

Which documents do we need before sending out contract:
- Copy of Passport
- Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, Blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, a guarantee, etc.)

More information about flatmates:
It's great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our communities. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
