In addition to the monthly rent, the following payments are required upon arrival and are paid CASH ON SITE:

A security deposit is required at check-in.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay following the final inspection of the room and apartment and after any applicable deductions.
💰 LAST MONTH'S RENT
The last month's rent must be paid in advance upon arrival.
💰 ONE-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
A one-time administrative fee is payable upon arrival.
The exact amount depends on the length of stay and booking conditions.

🧹 CHECK-OUT & FINAL CLEANING
At check-out, €80 per person will be deducted from the security deposit to cover professional final cleaning and sanitization of the apartment.
Following the final inspection and any applicable deductions, the remaining security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
