We are offering 3 rooms for rent in a shared apartment, in a beautiful 84 m2 furnished apartment located on the top floor of a quiet residence, just 10 minutes from the RER A – (hidden) Ville.
It has a 7 m2 corner terrace, a 4 m2 cellar, and an underground parking space.

The apartment has three bright bedrooms:
- One bedroom of approximately 12 m2, available for €850 for a couple or €750 for a single person
- One bedroom of approximately 12 m2, available for €800 for a single person
- One bedroom of approximately 10.5 m2, available for €750

Each room is furnished (bed, desk, storage) and has parquet flooring and a large window.

As a former student at (hidden) University, I am familiar with cramped and unsuitable rooms. We really wanted to create a cozy, bright, and studious space that is pleasant to live in.
