Deposit: 1 month (refunded if no damage)
The room is reserved once the deposit is received
Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July & August: 1 month

Administration fee: €350 (one-time payment)
This covers the work of a lawyer office who prepares the official rental contract, ensuring everything is clear, legal, and professionally managed from day one.
