✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 1 month (refundable if no damage)
Room reservation confirmed once the deposit is received
Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July–August: 1 month

Administration fee: 350€ (one-time payment)
This covers the work of a legal office that prepares the rental contract and manages the administrative process.
