✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 1 month (refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages)
The room is secured once the deposit is received
Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July–August: 1 month

Administration fee: €350 (one-time payment)
This covers the work of a legal office that prepares the rental contract and manages the administrative documentation, ensuring the rental process is clear, official and professionally handled.
