Staying in the city centre is usually much more practical than living close to the campuses, which are located outside Murcia. From here you enjoy the full student atmosphere while still having an easy commute. Murcia can also be extremely hot in summer and humid-cold in winter, so having air conditioning and heating in every room makes a big difference.

My husband and I own and manage several student flats in Murcia city centre, renting rooms individually to university students. We manage the apartments carefully and make sure everything runs smoothly for our tenants.

✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit: 1 month (refunded at the end of the stay if there are no damages)
The room is considered reserved once the deposit is received
Minimum stay: September–June: 5 months | July & August: 1 month

Administration fee: €350 (one-time payment)
This fee covers the work of a legal office that prepares the official rental contract and manages the administrative process, ensuring everything is clear, legal and professionally handled from the beginning.
