The flat is located in the heart of the Inganni district, just a few minutes' walk from the Inganni red metro line, which makes it easy to reach Milan's main university centres:

* Marangoni 27 mintues by metro;
* Brera Academy of Fine Arts 35 minutes by metro.
The area counts several supermarkets and shops for any need.
The strategic location will let you to enjoy the many activities that Milan offers. You will be able to explore the city not only by walk but also thanks to an incredible transportation network:
- Metro, red line Inganni 9 minutes walk. You can easily reach the city centre (Cadorna-Cairoli-Duomo);
- Bus line 58.
Milan is a city of neighborhoods, each with its own vibe.
The Duomo di Milano area is a must-see for its landmarks, but more touristy. Nearby, Brera offers a more charming, artistic atmosphere with cafés, galleries, and small streets.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED up to 50 euro of expenses per month (if you will do a normal amount of usage, you would not have to pay for it!).

After the payment of the first month rent on HousingAnywhere, to finalize the reservation, the tenant has to pay the deposit and the admin fee. The admin fee covers:
-weekly cleaning service of the common areas for the entire duration of the contract;
- contract registration fees (registration tax, stamps and registration fee);
-maintenance.
Contracts can’t end on 30 of April - 31 of May - 30 of June.
Cancelling contract in advance is possible with three months notice period only after three months contract. If you cancel the contract before the natural ending you have to pay 200€ penalty.
