L’appartamento (110 m2), in Via Ripamonti 3, è condiviso esclusivamente con la proprietaria, docente universitaria. Sono disponibili cucina e soggiorno. Servizio di portineria tutte le mattine. In casa vivono due gatti, molto tranquilli.

Canone: € 1.050/mese, comprensivo di tutte le spese, Wi-Fi e pulizia settimanale delle parti comuni.

Per motivi di privacy non pubblico online le fotografie dell’intero appartamento. Dal 1° settembre saranno organizzate brevi videochiamate, durante le quali sarà possibile visitare virtualmente la casa e conoscersi.

Richiesti all’ingresso: due mensilità anticipate (prima e ultima mensilità) e una mensilità a titolo di deposito cauzionale.

The apartment is shared only with the owner, a university professor, and offers access to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room. The building provides a concierge service every weekday morning. The apartment is also home to two friendly cats.

Rent: €1,050 per month, including utilities, Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning of the shared areas.

For privacy reasons, photos of the common areas are not published online. Starting from September 1st, short video interviews will be arranged, allowing you to view the apartment and ask any questions before making a decision.

Upon signing the agreement, the following are required: payment of the first month’s rent, the last month’s rent, and a one-month security deposit.
