Qualora si desiderasse uscire prima del check-out selezionato in fase di prenotazione, si potrà esercitare l'opzione di uscita anticipata versando 1,5 mensilità. In this case the contract will end the day before the replacement tenant moves in. A closing charge of €225 will also be due..
