Etiquette in common areas: Please clean up immediately after use, wash cooking utensils thoroughly, clean surfaces, and ventilate well after use (especially after showering and cooking).

The common areas are professionally cleaned approximately every two weeks; in between, all guests are expected to keep these areas clean.

Smoking is not permitted. Violations may result in a fee of €500 plus the cost of repairing any damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept guests who'd spend several hours a day gaming and bring their own PC equipment for that purpose.

No pets allowed.

All guests are responsible for keeping their own rooms and the common areas tidy.
