The Residence of GRAN VIA BOUTIQUE is in the center of Madrid, in GRAN VIA STREET. ( The exact address is: Jacometrezo Number 15 ).

Regarding the area, you have everything you need just a few meters away, the most important shopping area in Madrid (Street Gran Via), with the most important shops, cinemas, theaters and restaurants in the capital.
Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor are only 3 minutes away walking , with numerous underground, bus and train stations.
It's a privileged location, in the very heart of Madrid, makes it especially accessible from the residence and very close to the historical heart of the city.

The residence has 15 single rooms, ALL of them with private bathrooms with showers inside the room, they all have a double bed, desk, study chair, wifi, SMART TV (40 inches) in each room , double wardrobe, individual air conditioning and heating....

The residence also has a fully equipped living room, with sofas, SMART TV.
The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hobs and lockers where you can keep everything you need.
On the other hand, the students enjoy the privacy provided by the fact that all the rooms work with a proximity card just like any other hotel and they have total freedom when entering and leaving the residence.
Our cleaning staff will be in charge of cleaning the common areas (living room and kitchen) of the residence one day a week.

As if all this were not enough, you can also receive visitors without any kind of problem and these visitors can spend the night in your rooms if you want or need to, that is to say, everything that is indispensable for having the best possible experience at (hidden).
