Nice and bright room for rent in a shared apartment in Madrid! The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina).

The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.50m x 2m), closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included.

The bed comes with all bedsheets but it is mandatory to pay them costing 70.-€.. Just tell us if you don ́t want them.
