The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).
The bedroom comes furnished with a comfortable bed (single double / 1.50m x 2m), closet, desk, chair, and high-speed WiFi included.

Apartment with three bright bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. A very cool living-dining area, with air conditioning. High-speed WiFi is included. Utility bills (electricity and water) are not included, costing approximately 60€ per month.

Them MINIMUM STAY in this room is 10 months excepts in summer that you can stay one or tow months.

The room comes with all bedsheets but you have to pay them (70.-€). Just tell us if you don ́t want them.

There is a cleaning service once a week for common areas such as the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms, included in the price. Located on the 2nd floor.
