Pricing & Contract Terms:

All-Inclusive Rate: The total monthly cost is €520 per person (€460 rent + €60 flat service charge). This covers electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to all (hidden) facilities. No meter readings, no hidden fees, no year-end balance!

Flexible Contracts: Choose between an 11-month agreement (Oct 1st to Aug 31st) or a 5-month agreement (Oct 1st to Feb 28th), ideal for single-semester or Erasmus stays.

Security Deposit: €1,040 for 11 months, or €520 for 5 months (refunded at the end of your stay). A €50 final cleaning fee applies.

Proof of enrollment at a university in Piedmont is mandatory prior to check-in.

🏡 Bed in a Shared Twin Room!!
Book a bed in a bright, fully furnished twin room (approx. 14–18 m2) to share with one other student of the same gender (unless you book together with a friend). The room includes two single beds (linen and pillows provided on arrival), two study desks and chairs, wardrobes, and individual climate control (AC and heating). The bathroom is either private to your room or shared with just one adjacent room.

(hidden) Allamano is a historic complex fully renovated into a modern hub for 363 students. Your rent includes full access to premium shared spaces:
