Things to note:
🔹 The price displayed is for one person, adding an extra person has a price increase of 200 euros.
🔹 We provide a cleaning service for all the common areas, the tenant is responsible for cleaning his own room.
🔹 We provide laundry areas equipped with professional washing and drying machines. Their use involves a small associated cost, and all operations are managed through an app, ensuring an efficient, safe, and user-friendly service. The cost of washing is €3.50 and drying is €2.50.

📌 Please note:
🔹 You have 2 weeks to sign the contract from the booking date, and the security deposit and administrative fee must be paid at least one month before check-in. Otherwise, there is a risk that the booking may be considered a no-show.
🔹 No check-in will be guaranteed unless the administrative fee and security deposit have been credited to our bank account.
🔹The security deposit cannot be used as payment for the last month’s rent.
