Welcome to your new home! We are currently founding an exclusive 3-person flatshare in a freshly renovated historic building ("Altbau" from 1910) in Breitlacherstraße, Frankfurt-Rödelheim. The typical historic features and the extremely high ceilings (approx. 3.0 m) create a fantastic, spacious atmosphere. You will be the very first tenant to move in!

Your Room (The "Studio"):
Your bright 18 sqm room is the absolute highlight of the apartment. We are currently assembling the brand-new IKEA premium furniture this weekend, so everything will be fresh and untouched! It not only features a comfortable 160x200cm bed , a spacious PAX wardrobe , and a proper desk for your home office , but also your own private lounge area! You will have a cozy 2-seater sofa with poufs and the perfect setup for a wall-mounted Smart TV.Note on photos: We are putting the final touches on the furniture assembly right now. The gallery shows the actual empty rooms, the 3D interior design plans, and we will update with real photos of the furnished room within the next days.

Common Areas ("Ready to live"):
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use: a new dishwasher , large fridge, coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery – just bring your suitcase. A cozy dining area is perfect for a coffee together. The daylight bathroom and the hallway (with shoe cabinets) are also fully furnished. You'll also have extra storage space in the basement. Secure bicycle parking in the courtyard is also available – perfect for getting around Frankfurt easily!

Location:
The apartment is ideally located at the upper end of Breitlacherstraße in the charming district of Rödelheim. Supermarkets, bakeries, and cafes are just around the corner. The public transport connection is excellent: According to Google Maps, the Rödelheim S-Bahn station is only a 2-minute bike ride, 7 minutes by bus, or a 9-minute walk away. From there, you can reach the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) or the Trade Fair (Messe) in under 10 minutes.Interested?
