Furnished 22 m2 room in a renovated three-room flatshare on the third floor of a 1910 building, with high ceilings and wooden floors. The room faces the street, which is a quiet one, and it's six minutes' walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, three to the Main and about a quarter of an hour on foot to the banking district. Registration at the Bürgeramt is possible, with the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung provided, and your name goes on the doorbell and the letterbox.

Your room: a 140×200 cm bed with a good mattress, a desk, an armchair, a large wardrobe, a 50-inch TV, and day and blackout curtains. The door locks.

You share with two others. The kitchen is newly renovated, with oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and a dining table. The bathroom has a bath, individual storage for each tenant and a washer-dryer: in the flat, not in the basement. The toilet is separate. The two other rooms are let the same way, furnished and on a temporary basis.

Self check-in, so you can arrive whenever your train or flight gets in. Internet runs at 1 Gbit/s. Rent includes utilities, heating, electricity, internet and the broadcasting licence fee (Rundfunkbeitrag). There's no electricity contract in your own name, so you don't need a German bank account or a Schufa report for one.

On the location: the building sits just outside the Bahnhofsviertel. You have the station on your doorstep, but you don't walk through the quarter on your way to the banking district. Nestlé Deutschland's head office is 150 m away. Parking is available on the street nearby.

Deposit: €250, which you get back. No cleaning fee, no other charges from my side.
