The room includes a double bed for single use, a desk, a wardrobe, and good natural light. A private bathroom for exclusive use is located just outside the room. Full access to a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, an outdoor terrace and a shared garden.
The house is maintained with care and attention to ensure a comfortable and pleasant shared living experience.
Located in a quiet and authentic residential area of Florence, about 15–20 minutes on foot from the historic center. Bus lines 23 and C4 stop two minutes away, with direct connections to the University of Florence, Polimoda, and Istituto Marangoni.

Rent is €850/month. Utilities are billed in advance at €110/month, adjusted at the end of the stay, kept under control, and shared fairly among tenants. A deposit of one month (€850) is required. WiFi is included. A one-time final cleaning fee of €50 applies. An initial linen set is available for €50 on request. Optional cleaning can be arranged at €30 per session.

Once confirmed, we ask for commitment, just as we commit to keeping the room exclusively for you from day one.
