Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. The staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, courtyard). In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment.

Periodic sanitization: periodically, the common areas and on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with treatment that cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold, and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment. Payment details:
Initial payment: One month's rent is due upon booking.
