This rental is only for students:
🏡 Very bright 4-bedroom apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator), 1 bathroom and a bright and comfortable living room with sofa, tv, table and chairs.

🛏️Private room: Room with a bed 105 x 200 cm, closet, desk, chair, single bed, and bedside table. A fantastic room to make your stay as pleasant as if you were at home.

🌆 Great location on Avenida Eduardo Dato, right in the heart of Nervión. It’s a lively and convenient area where you’ll have everything you need close by, from supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants to sports facilities and public transport. The metro is just around the corner, making it easy to get around Seville without having to rely on a car.

🎓 The area is especially popular with students and young professionals, with the University of Seville’s Nervión and Viapol campuses nearby. It’s also a convenient location if you’re studying at other universities or working in the area, with excellent bus and metro connections to the rest of the city.

🚏 From here, getting around is easy. You can reach the city center and Seville’s main attractions by public transport, while many everyday places are close enough to walk to. It’s a great spot if you want to enjoy the city, stay well connected, and have a lively neighborhood right outside your door.

Utility costs or bills: 35€ per month
Check out cleaning fee of room 35€ (mandatory). We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.

Please note that a €200 short-stay surcharge applies to bookings of 6 months or less. This fee must be paid at the time of signing the contract and will appear on the "View All Payments" page under "Other".

Only stays of 1 or 2 months are allowed during the summer months (July and August) and on special occasions.
There is no short-stay surcharge during the summer months.

⚠️IMPORTANT: It is necessary after booking by Housing to complete the following steps in order to complete your booking 100%:

1. Complete the google form that will be sent to you by the owner.
2. Sign the rental contract that will be sent to you by the landlord filled in with the data you provided in the form you filled in previously.

Towels (loan): 25€. (one-off payment) We will charge it at check-out, subtracting it from the deposit.

Weekly: 40€/month
Fortnightly: 22€/month
Monthly: 13€/month
Extraordinary one-time cleaning: 25€ (one-time payment)
