I’m renting out my room from early/mid-September 2025 for five months while I’m on Erasmus in Greece.

• 28 m2 room with desk, 140 cm bed, dresser, bookshelf, wardrobe, and a couch with projector
• 17 m2 kitchen with pantry, fridge, freezer, and corner dining bench
• 1.5 m2 separate toilet
• 2 m2 bathroom with bathtub and shower
• 9 m2 entrance hall
• 19 m2 second room
• 200 m2 garden with raised beds, hammock, and outdoor dining area

By bike you can reach:
• University of Graz in 10 min
• University of the Arts Graz in 8 min
• Technical University (Old Campus) in 5 min
• Technical University (New Campus) in 3 min
• Main Square (City Center) in 5 min

By foot:
• Tram stop in 3 min
• Supermarkets (Billa, Spar), a farmers market, and an organic market also in 3 min
• City Center in 6min

Cost:

Hey future flat-seekers! I’m Hannes, currently studying at the University of Graz. As I’ll be doing my Erasmus from September, we’re looking for someone to take my place in our flatshare from September until mid-February 2026.

You’ll be living with Martin, who studies medicine at the Medical University of Graz. He’ll be your flatmate for the full time I’m away—and I can promise you, he’s a great person to explore Graz with!

We’re both pretty active, often hang out with friends, go out to eat or grab drinks in the city, and love enjoying life in Graz—whether in the city park, at events, or chilling with friends.

In general, if you bring openness, a bit of curiosity, a sense of harmony, and some communication skills—basically like most Erasmus students—you’ll feel right at home with Martin and our circle of friends.
