Stanza singola con letto matrimoniale, arredata con tutti i comfort, in appartamento condiviso con un'altra persona lavoratrice. La stanza ha una superficie di 20 metri quadrati circa ed ha la finestra ed il parquet in rovere. Nella camera sono presenti scrivania, sedia, armadio, rete matrimoniale con doghe, materasso matrimoniale, lampade, coperte e lenzuola sono incluse nel prezzo dell'affitto. L'appartamento ha una superficie totale di 80 metri quadrati ed è stato appena ristrutturato dunque tutti i mobili della casa sono nuovi. Nelle aree comuni open space salotto/cucina è possibile preparare i pasti e se si ha voglia anche trascorrere del tempo e socializzare, rilassarsi sul divano e guardare la TV, leggere un libro o semplicemente stare il chill ascoltando musica. Tutti gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi a risparmio energetico classe A++ frigo, congelatore, lavastoviglie, piano cottura induzione, forno, smart tv, l'uso è incluso nel prezzo dell'affitto insieme all'utilizzo di stoviglie, piatti bicchieri, bollitore per acqua calda, si raccomanda l'utilizzo con cura e la pulizia. Anche il bagno è stato appena ristrutturato con elettrodomestici nuovi a basso consumo sia lavatrice che boiler che fornisce acqua calda in tutta la casa, box doccia in cristallo e sanitari nuovi. La casa ha la porta blindata, video citofono, ascensore, servizio di portineria con portiere a piano terra, riscaldamento centralizzato. L'appartamento si trova al quinto piano dunque è luminosissimo, esposto ad ovest si gode spesso di tramonti coloratissimi.
Le spese condominiali non sono incluse nel canone di affitto e hanno un costo medio di 60€ che comprende acqua, riscaldamento, servizio di portineria da corrispondere cash ogni mese.
Per le utenze è previsto un costo medio di 50 euro per l'elettricità.

Single room with a double bed, furnished with all comforts, in an apartment shared with another working person. The room has an area of about 20 square meters and features a window and oak parquet flooring. The room includes a desk, chair, wardrobe, double bed frame with slats, double mattress, lamps, and blankets and sheets are included in the rental price. The apartment has a total area of 80 square meters and has been recently renovated, so all the furniture in the house is new. In the open space common areas, living room/kitchen, it is possible to prepare meals and, if desired, also spend time socializing, relax on the sofa and watch TV, read a book, or simply chill while listening to music.
All appliances are new and energy-efficient, class A++: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, smart TV. Their use is included in the rent along with the use of kitchenware, plates, glasses, and a kettle for hot water; careful use and cleaning are recommended. The bathroom has also been newly renovated with new, low-consumption appliances including both the washing machine and the boiler that provides hot water throughout the house, a glass shower enclosure, and new sanitary fixtures. The house has a security door, video intercom, elevator, concierge service with a doorman on the ground floor, and central heating. The apartment is on the fifth floor, so it is very bright, facing west and often enjoys colorful sunsets.
Condominium fees are not included in the rent and have an average cost of €60, which covers water, heating, and the concierge service, to be paid in cash each month.
Utility costs are expected to be around €50 on average for electricity.
