Situato al secondo piano, luminoso e molto spazioso. 100 mq di superficie. È composto da cucina abitabile, 2 Bagni e 4 stanze singole. L'appartamento è ottimamente ristrutturato in funzione di tutto ciò che occorre ai nostri studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata. E' inoltre posizionato a pochi minuti dal supermercato, farmacia e fermate dei pulman, a 5 minuti dalla Facolta di Ingegneria e vicinissimo anche all' Università di Cagliari raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.

The room is equipped with a single bed, 3-door wardrobe, desk, chair, mirror, shoe rack, bookcase and a portion of private balcony.

Located on the second floor, bright and very spacious. 100 square metres of floor space. It consists of an eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 single rooms. The flat is very well renovated with everything our students need. Equipped with WI-FI, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. It is also located a few minutes from the supermarket, pharmacy and bus stops, 5 minutes from the Faculty of Engineering and also very close to the University of Cagliari, which can be easily reached on foot.
